Daniela Mikolášová

My name is Daniela Mikolášová – shortly Dada, Danča, Danny and sometimes quite simply „bee“.

As the active bee I am flying all over Europe & America and collecting photos. I can give you the helpful advice how to travel in the those countries.

About Us

I was born in Prague and in this beautiful city, I also grew up. My big hobby is traveling and learning about new cultures and people. But not according to the itinerary of travel agencies, but on my own. Mostly my entire professional life is connected with hospitality and gastronomy. I am passioned about good food and wine – of course all in nice company.

Professionally, I can help you with the translation of the Czech menus into the English language. I think that the translation of the menus are in our country is still underestimated and restaurants are full of "home-made” translations.

Work

After graduating from the Business College, I've been thinking about what to do in my future. As my thoughts at this time were not yet settled, I chose the hospitality. Visit one of the biggest Hotels in Prague was crucial in my life. Hotel Hilton become my second home and unforgettable experience.

After the graduating from the University (hospitality and tourism) I have accepted new challenge. Leaving the country and work as a Personal Assistant to one of the best chefs in London! Mr. Anthony Marshall was awarded in the prestigious Hotel's Catey Awards.

I do currently work as an external employee for the event and production agency Event Arena, also as Event Manager. My specialization became conferences and congresses, and everything related to hotels.
